The property backs up to thousands of acres of the Green Mountain National Forest, and the Appalachian and Long trails are just up the mountain. Nine ski resorts are within 90 minutes of the house. Some GPS units won't pinpoint exact location - working to correct this. From Coleville Rd and Sawmill, continue on Sawmill for approximately one mile until you see the red house on the left, the last house with services on the road. The road is not paved, but is well-maintained and plowed by the City of Bennington. Road may be rutted/muddy in Spring until it gets graded. Do not try to reach the house from Sawmill Rd from the south. You must access Sawmill Rd from Colleville Rd.
