Two Brooks Lodge (Bennington Vermont) - this charming 3BR/2BA lodge features tranquil South Stream running through the yard, where it meets Roaring Branch and a four person hot tub in which to relax and soak in the Green Mountain National Forest. Secluded, but super close to the charming town of Bennington, and within 90 minutes of numerous ski resorts and major airports.
Sunset Ridge Villa (St. John, USVIs) - this incredible villa has two buildings, a massive patio, and a pool shared with just five other villas, all of which overlook Cruz Bay, St. Thomas, and Drake's Passage. This view is one of the most panoramic in all of St. John. Walkable or a short drive to downtown Cruz Bay and the ferry, and close to the island's many miles of trails within the Virgin Islands National Park.
The Van Zant House (Jacksonville, FL) - the birthplace of Southern Rock, this home is a Florida Historic Landmark, the childhood home of members of Lynyrd Skynrd and .38 Special. The property features four rental units - the Main House, filled with Skynyrd memorabilia and a pool table, the Annex, which contains Ronnie Van Zant's old bedroom, as well as Johnny Van Zant's studio, and the Hideaway, a cozy two bedroom unit at the back of the property.
