The most amazing views on the island of St. John can be yours at this incredible villa!  Catch amazing sunsets and a panoramic view that stretches from Harts Bay, Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay, and Cruz Bay to St Croix, St. Thomas, and the British Virgin Islands.  Unit D is one of six private villas that share one of the largest pools on St. John on one of the most prominent ridges on the west end.  The villa is just a few minutes from the nightlife and shopping in downtown Cruz Bay and the Ferry Terminal.  Relax in air conditioned comfort*, or open the windows and enjoy the fresh trade winds.  This split villa features a totally private master suite on one side, a huge open courtyard with a grill and plenty of seating, and on the other side, a two-story main unit with a large LR/DR combo with a laundry and half bath downstairs, and two queen beds upstairs with a full bath.  Over 1800 square feet of living space and even more to enjoy outside.  Enjoy a sunset drink while the coquis serenade you each night.  Very close to all the hiking and history of the Virgin Islands National Park, too!  

*Please note, due to the high cost of electricity in the USVIs, our HOA has a service charge for AC of $20/night on the two story side, and $10/night on the master suite side.   This is an optional charge and will be deducted from your security deposit if you opt to have it.
